  • “Sensei” refers to the head instructor/Secretory of Karate Association of Nadia.
  • “Services” refers to Traditional Karate Classes, Sports Karate Classes, and Self-defense Classes provided by the Academy.
  • “Products” refers to martial arts training gear, uniforms, and equipment (including HANAH brand items) sold on the Site.
  • “You” or “User” refers to any visitor to the website, student, parent/legal guardian of a student, or customer.

2. ACADEMY ENROLLMENT & SERVICES

2.1 Class Registration

 
  • All students must complete formal admission procedures before participating in regular training sessions.
  • For minors, a parent or legal guardian must complete the registration and accept these terms on the student’s behalf.
  • S.K.U.S.A offers a free trial class to prospective students. Ongoing participation requires compliance with monthly tuition rules and academy schedules.

2.2 Medical Disclaimer & Physical Liability

 
  • Martial arts training involves rigorous physical activity. By registering for classes, you warrant that the student is physically fit and free of medical conditions that would make training unsafe.
  • While our programs are highly structured, safe, and supervised by certified expert instructors, participation carries inherent risks of accidental physical injury.
  • S.K.U.S.A, its Sensei, and instructors accept no liability for any injuries sustained during online or offline training, at the dojo, or during official tournaments.

2.3 Certifications & Tournaments

 
  • The academy provides government-approved certificates accepted universally upon successful completion of belt promotions.
  • Selection for regional, national, or international competitive tournaments is strictly at the discretion of the Sensei based on performance, discipline, and attendance.

3. E-COMMERCE & STORE TERMS

3.1 Product Information & Variants

 
  • We offer specialized karate gear including, but not limited to, Kumite Gloves, Kumite Belts, Shin/Leg Guards, Head Guards, Karate Dresses (Uniforms), Chest Guards, and Nanchakus.
  • Products are available in various sizes, materials (Foam/Leather), and colors (Blue/Red/Black etc.). You are responsible for ensuring correct variant selection at checkout.

3.2 Pricing & Payment

 
  • All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹).
  • Prices for products (e.g., ₹150.00 to ₹8,499.00 depending on the items and configurations) are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from typographical pricing errors or system glitches.

3.3 Inventory & Order Acceptance

 
  • Placement of an order does not constitute final acceptance by the Academy. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service to any customer if stock is unavailable or distribution is restricted.
