1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1.1 Processing Times

 
  • All orders for stock items (such as HANAH brand gloves, belts, and guards) are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on Sundays or national holidays.
  • For custom-tailored or specific sized Karate Dresses (Uniforms), please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for production before dispatch.

1.2 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 
  • Delivery Areas: We ship locally within the Nadia district, across West Bengal, and pan-India.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight, volume, and your delivery pin code.
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
     
    • Within West Bengal: 2 to 4 business days.
    • Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.
  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics courier bottlenecks or seasonal peak volumes.

1.3 Tracking Your Order

 
  • Once your parcel is shipped, an automated confirmation message or email will be sent containing your Tracking ID and a link to the courier partner’s portal.
  • You can also monitor your shipment milestone by logging into My Account on our website.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that sizing for martial arts equipment and uniforms needs to be exact to ensure maximum safety and comfort during dojo sparring.

2.1 Exchange Window

 
  • We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date your package is marked as delivered by our courier partner.

2.2 Valid Reasons for Exchange

You may request an exchange if:
 
  • The uniform or gear does not fit properly (e.g., too large or too small).
  • You received an incorrect variant (wrong color, size, or model than what was ordered).
  • The item arrived with a verified manufacturing defect.

2.3 Eligibility Requirements for Items

To ensure standard hygiene, products submitted for exchange must be:
 
  • Unused and Clean: Free from any sweat, body odors, cosmetic stains, or dojo floor dust.
  • Complete Packaging: Returned in its original product plastic wrapping, with all tags and size labels firmly attached.
  • Exempt Gear: For health reasons, protective items like Mouthguards cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances once the protective seal is opened.

3. HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE

 
  1. Submit a Request: Contact us within the 7-day window via the Call Back Form on our website or by managing your order settings under your account. Include your Order ID and state the new size or variant you require.
  2. Review Approval: Our support team will confirm your exchange eligibility.
  3. Logistics: Depending on your location, you will be required to ship the product back to our central academy storage facility. Alternatively, students can bring the item directly to the physical dojo for a direct size swap, provided stock is available.

4. SHIPPING FEES FOR EXCHANGES

 
  • Defective or Incorrect Deliveries: If we sent you the wrong item or a damaged product, S.K.U.S.A will cover all return shipping and replacement shipping expenses.
  • Size Preference Changes: If you are exchanging an item purely due to personal size preference, you are responsible for paying the return shipping fees back to us, as well as the delivery fee for sending the new size variant out.
